Member Security Center and Security Settings
Members can view and manage their Controller authorizations in the AskLink Business Controller, and proactively disconnect sessions or revoke authorization when abnormal activity is found.
- The member has joined the enterprise;
- The member has logged in to the AskLink Business Controller;
- The current Controller has obtained AskLink Business Controller authorization.
Member Security Center is recommended to include the following capabilities:
- View authorized Controllers;
- Revoke authorization for Controllers that are no longer used;
- View sessions initiated by Controllers;
- Disconnect sessions related to the current member.

Requires manual confirmation: the official entry name and current page structure of Member Security Center.
When a member no longer uses a device as an AskLink Business Controller, the member can revoke authorization for that device.
- Enter Member Security Center in the AskLink Business Controller;
- In the Authorized Controllers list, select the device that is no longer used;
- Click Revoke Authorization.

After completion, this device can no longer continue accessing enterprise Controlled devices as an AskLink Business Controller.
If a Controller is initiating sessions, the member can disconnect the relevant sessions initiated by that Controller in Member Security Center.
- Enter Member Security Center in the AskLink Business Controller;
- In the Authorized Controllers list, select the target Controller;
- Click Disconnect All Sessions.

After completion, the corresponding sessions initiated by this Controller are disconnected.
When a Controlled device is being controlled, the device usually displays a connection prompt. Members or on-site device personnel can view controller information through the prompt and disconnect the connection when abnormal activity is found.
Recommended handling flow:
- View the controller information in the connection prompt;
- Disconnect the abnormal connection;
- Revoke authorization for the abnormal Controller;
- Contact the enterprise administrator to check member permissions, Controller authorization, and session logs.

- Do not stay logged in to the AskLink Business Controller on public devices for a long time;
- Regularly check authorized Controllers;
- Revoke authorization promptly for Controllers that are no longer used;
- When an abnormal session is found, disconnect the session first, then contact the administrator to check logs;
- Do not provide long-term passwords to others. Prefer temporary passwords for temporary assistance scenarios;
- Change the account password regularly.
- When a member revokes Controller authorization, only the revoked Controller is affected. The member is not removed from the enterprise;
- Administrators can also revoke member Controller authorization in the Management Console;
- If members cannot handle abnormal connections by themselves, contact the enterprise administrator to disconnect sessions or revoke authorization in the backend.
