The AskLink Business Controller is the client members use to connect to enterprise Controlled devices. Members must first join the enterprise and obtain roles and device permissions assigned by an administrator before they can use the AskLink Business Controller to view and connect to devices.
The AskLink Business Controller is the client used to remotely connect to and manage enterprise Controlled devices. After logging in, members can access devices authorized to them by the administrator and perform operations such as remote control and File Transfer.
Before using the AskLink Business Controller, members need to meet the following conditions:
If any condition is missing, the member may be unable to log in to the enterprise, see devices, or initiate connections.


After completion, the member can view and connect to authorized Controlled devices in the AskLink Business Controller. Administrators can also see this Controller device in the Controllers list of the Management Console.
When a Controller device is no longer used, you can revoke the Controller authorization for that device. After revocation, the device can no longer continue accessing enterprise Controlled devices as an AskLink Business Controller.

After completion, the revoked Controller can no longer access enterprise Controlled devices.


After completion, the AskLink Business Controller authorization for this device is revoked.
If a Controller is initiating remote control, File Transfer, or Monitor Wall connections, administrators can disconnect the corresponding sessions in Ongoing Sessions, or disconnect all sessions initiated by the Controller from the Controllers list. Members can also disconnect sessions initiated by a Controller in Member Security Center. For details, see Ongoing Sessions.
