Lock screen when session ends

This feature automatically locks the Controlled device screen after a remote session ends, preventing on‑site personnel from touching or viewing the device’s content. It does not affect subsequent remote connections or operations, and is suitable for open offices or public scenarios.

How to enable

1. During a remote session, click the floating arrow above the remote view to open the Control Panel, then choose Extensions .
2. Turn on Lock screen when session ends .

Notes

• This feature can be configured in Global Settings .
• Available only when a session is initiated from the device list.
