How to End Remote Control

You can end a remote session in several ways to interrupt the connection when needed.

Desktop

You can end remote control using any of the following methods:

End from Control Panel

In the remote interface, click the floating arrow at the top and choose End to terminate the session.

Close the session tab

Close the remote session tab directly to end the current connection.

Remove other device connections

Expand the floating menu at the bottom-right of the remote screen, click the X icon to disconnect that device’s control of this machine. You can also click ... to disconnect all remote connections to this device.

Mobile

End from Control Panel

Tap the settings button at the bottom-right, then tap End at the bottom to finish the session.

Remove device connection

Expand the floating menu at the bottom-right of the remote screen and tap the Remove Device icon to disconnect other devices from controlling this one.
