How to choose permissions when logging in on the client

There are three authorization modes for AskLink login: Controlled + Control , Controlled Only , and Control Only .

Controlled + Control

You can actively control other devices, and this device will automatically be added to the device list and allow being controlled by others.

Suitable for two‑way collaboration scenarios where both control and being controlled are needed.

Controlled Only

This device will automatically be added to the device list and allow being controlled by other devices, but it cannot actively control others and cannot use the device list features.

Recommended for bulk device addition to avoid authorization conflicts with Controllers.

Control Only

You can actively control other devices, but this device cannot be controlled and will not be added to the device list.

Choose this mode if you do not want your device to be controlled for a long time. It enhances security and privacy during use.

Notes

• After logging in with Controller permissions, anyone operating this device can remotely manage all devices in the device list. Please use Controller permissions with caution.
