Request Remote Assistance
When you need remote help from someone else, share your Device ID and Temporary Password to grant temporary remote control permissions.
- Open the AskLink client Remote Support.
- View the Device ID and Temporary Password.

Share the Device ID and Temporary Password with the helper so they can initiate remote control.
- After the assistance ends, it is recommended to refresh the Temporary Password immediately.
- Only share your device with trusted people when necessary.
