How to Uninstall AskLink

This article explains how to uninstall the AskLink client on Windows and macOS, suitable for removing the app or cleaning up related data.

Windows

1. Open Start > Settings .
   
2. Go to Apps , find "AskLink", then choose Uninstall in More options.
   
3. Choose whether to check Clear user data and ID . If checked, all related data and ID information on this device will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
4. Click Uninstall to finish.
   

macOS

1. Open Finder > Applications .
2. Locate the AskLink app and move it to the Trash.
