HTTP Proxy

AskLink supports HTTP and HTTPS proxies. The proxy address can use either a domain name or IP address. Both no authentication and username/password authentication are supported.

Before you start

  • Prepare a working proxy server address and port
  • Make sure the proxy server is reachable

Enable the proxy

  1. Open AskLink and click “My” > “HTTP Proxy”
  2. Enter the proxy address, proxy port (required), and the username and password (optional)
  3. Click “Enable Proxy”; once the test passes, the settings take effect immediately
