AskLink Business Overview
AskLink Business is an enterprise-oriented remote control and device management solution. Enterprises and teams can centrally manage members, departments, roles, permissions, Controllers, and Controlled devices, and assign device access permissions as needed.
With AskLink Business, administrators can first configure the organization and permissions in the Management Console, and members can then use the AskLink Business Controller to connect to authorized enterprise Controlled devices.
Applicable Scenarios
- Remote operations and maintenance for businesses, such as routine maintenance for servers, industrial PCs, and store terminals;
- Remote work for businesses, such as employee computer assistance and cross-location collaboration;
- Centralized multi-device management, such as batch deployment, group management, and Monitor Wall inspection;
- Unattended device management, such as long-running online terminals, equipment room devices, and test devices.
What AskLink Business Includes
AskLink Business consists of the Management Console, AskLink Business Controller, and AskLink Business Host.

The Management Console is the backend where administrators perform centralized configuration and management. Administrators can manage the organizational structure, enterprise members, role permissions, Controlled devices, device groups, Controllers, sessions, logs, and more.

The AskLink Business Controller is the client that enterprise members use to connect to and manage Controlled devices. Members must first join the enterprise and obtain roles and device permissions assigned by an administrator before they can view and connect to the corresponding devices in the AskLink Business Controller.

The AskLink Business Host is the client installed on Controlled devices. After a device is installed and connected to the enterprise, administrators can view and manage the device in the Management Console and authorize it for specified members or groups.
Relationship Between the Management Console and AskLink Business Controller
The Management Console configures "who can use which devices." The AskLink Business Controller lets members actually initiate remote control, File Transfer, Execute Command, or Monitor Wall connections after they are authorized.
The typical usage flow is as follows:
- The administrator creates an enterprise;
- The administrator creates roles and configures permissions;
- The administrator deploys AskLink Business Host and connects devices to the enterprise;
- The administrator invites members to join the enterprise;
- The administrator authorizes devices for members;
- Members join the enterprise through the invitation link sent by SMS or email;
- Members log in to the AskLink Business Controller to view and connect to authorized devices.
Key Differences Between AskLink Business and Personal Editions
- AskLink Business is managed by an enterprise, while the Personal edition is used by an individual account;
- Devices in AskLink Business are deployed and assigned centrally by administrators, and members can only see devices authorized to them;
- Member permissions in AskLink Business are determined by roles, and administrators can configure different operation scopes by job responsibility;
- AskLink Business can centrally view Controller authorizations and ongoing sessions, making auditing and risk handling easier.
