Edit Account Information

If your contact details change, you can update the bound phone number, email, or username at any time to keep your contact channels valid and maintain account security. The steps are as follows.

Change phone number/email

1. Go to My > Account Center .
2. Choose Phone Number or Email to get a verification code.
   
3. Enter the correct code you received, then click Next .
   
4. Enter the new phone/email and the corresponding code, then click Bind to complete.

Change username

1. Go to My > Account Center .
2. Click the edit icon to the right of the username to open the edit screen.
   
3. Enter a new username and click Edit to finish.
   

Notes

• Username rules:
  • Can only be changed once per year.
  • Length: 6 to 20 characters.
  • Must begin with a letter.
  • Only letters, numbers, and symbols "_", "-", "." are supported.
