How to Create an AskLink Account and Sign In

This section introduces account registration and multiple sign-in methods for AskLink. It applies to first-time use or logging in on a new device.

Register an account

1. Open the AskLink client and go to My > Log In .
   
2. Use your phone number or email to verify via code.
   
3. Set a password (enter twice consistently) to complete registration.
   

Log in on the client

Log in on Windows, macOS, Linux

1. Open the AskLink client and go to My > Log In .
2. Choose one of the following methods:
   Log in with verification code
   1. Enter phone/email, then choose the authorization method for this device.
   2. Click Send Code .
   3. Enter the received code and click Log In to complete.
   
   Log in with password
   1. Enter phone/email/username and the corresponding password.
   2. Choose the authorization method for this device.
   3. Click Log In to complete.
      

Log in on iOS, iPadOS, Android

1. Open the AskLink app and go to My > Log In .
2. Choose one of the following methods:
   Log in with verification code
   1. Enter phone/email, check to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then send the code.
   2. Enter the code and click Log In to complete.
   
   Log in with password
   1. Enter phone/email/username and the corresponding password.
   2. Check to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Log In to complete.

Notes

• Avoid logging in with Controller permissions in public places.
• If you have logged in with Controller permissions on an unknown device, you can revoke authorization under My > Controller .
• When Auto Login is enabled, you won’t need to verify your identity again after restarting AskLink.
