Welcome to AskLink.

Before you register for, sign in to, download, install, access, purchase, or use AskLink products or services, please carefully read and fully understand these AskLink Terms of Use (the "Terms"), especially the provisions relating to account use, authorization for remote access, service rules, limitation of liability, service changes, account cancellation, and dispute resolution.

If you have any objection to any provision of these Terms, or if you are unable to accurately understand the meaning of any provision, please do not proceed to register for, sign in to, download, install, purchase, or use the AskLink service. By continuing to use the AskLink service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Acceptance of the Terms

When you complete the registration process after filling in the required information, reviewing, and agreeing to these Terms, or when you use the Service by signing in, downloading, installing, launching, accessing, purchasing, or otherwise using AskLink, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of these Terms, and you enter into a binding agreement with Shanghai Kongkong Technology Co., Ltd.

The account you obtain upon registration is a unified account provided and managed by Shanghai Kongkong Technology Co., Ltd. and is referred to as a "Kongkong Account." A Kongkong Account may be used to sign in to, use, and manage products and services provided by Shanghai Kongkong Technology Co., Ltd.; the specific products, features, and entitlements available to you shall be subject to the relevant product or service page.

If you use AskLink on behalf of an enterprise, organization, or other entity, you shall ensure that you have been duly authorized by such entity. If you accept these Terms on behalf of such entity, that entity shall also be deemed bound by these Terms.

Use by Minors

If you are under 18 years of age, please read these Terms together with your legal guardian and use the AskLink service only after obtaining your guardian's consent. Your guardian shall guide and supervise your use of the Service in a reasonable, safe, and lawful manner.

1. Scope of the Terms and Definitions

1.1 Scope of the Terms

These Terms apply to all of your activities related to accessing, downloading, installing, registering for, signing in to, purchasing, and using AskLink products and services.

If you use specific AskLink features, paid services, enterprise services, or other special services, you shall also comply with the relevant page instructions, service rules, or separate agreements. In the event of any inconsistency between such special rules and these Terms with respect to a particular special service, the special rules shall prevail.

1.2 Definitions

  1. "we," "us," or the "Company" means Shanghai Kongkong Technology Co., Ltd.
  2. "AskLink" or the "Service" means the AskLink-related products and services developed, operated, and provided by Shanghai Kongkong Technology Co., Ltd., including but not limited to remote desktop, remote control, screen viewing, remote assistance, device management, file transfer, clipboard synchronization, remote input, screen wall, and other related functions. Specific functions are subject to the actual product offering and the relevant product or service pages.
  3. "Kongkong Account" means the unified account provided and managed by Shanghai Kongkong Technology Co., Ltd. for signing in to, using, and managing products and services provided by the Company.
  4. "User" or "you" means any individual, enterprise, organization, or other entity that registers for, signs in to, accesses, purchases, installs, or uses AskLink.
  5. "Device" means any computer, mobile phone, tablet, server, cloud computer, virtual machine, or other terminal device that you add, bind, access, view, control, or manage through AskLink.
  6. "Personal Information" means all kinds of information related to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded by electronic or other means, excluding anonymized information.

2. Service Description

2.1 Service Overview

AskLink is a cross-platform remote control software application and related service. Within the scope of lawful authorization, users may access, view, control, manage, and assist devices through AskLink.

You may use a mobile phone, tablet, or computer to remotely access, view, control, or manage different devices and, within the scope of lawful authorization, conduct remote work, IT support, device maintenance, remote assistance, and similar operations.

2.2 Functional Differences

You understand and agree that the specific functions, scope of availability, connection quality, visual performance, transmission speed, permission capabilities, and device management capabilities of AskLink may vary due to factors such as client version, system version, device model, network environment, operating system permissions, subscription tier, enterprise configuration, third-party platform rules, or other objective circumstances.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to improve the stability and availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee a fully identical or uninterrupted experience across all devices, system versions, network environments, or use scenarios.

3. Kongkong Account Registration, Sign-in, and Security

3.1 Registration Information

When registering for, signing in to, or using AskLink, you shall provide true, accurate, complete, and valid information and promptly update such information when any change occurs.

If the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer valid, and this results in your inability to use the Service, receive notices, causes disputes, or leads to losses, you shall bear the corresponding consequences.

3.2 Scope of Account Use

A Kongkong Account may be used to sign in to, use, and manage products and services provided by Shanghai Kongkong Technology Co., Ltd. Different products or services may be subject to different service rules, payment rules, privacy rules, and functional limitations.

3.3 Safekeeping of Account Credentials and Verification Methods

You shall properly safeguard your Kongkong Account, password, SMS verification codes, email verification codes, authentication tokens, two-factor authentication information, and any other sign-in or connection credentials.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any operation completed through your Kongkong Account and the corresponding verification method shall be deemed to have been performed by you or with your authorization. Any losses and liabilities arising from your improper safekeeping, voluntary disclosure, sharing, leasing, lending, or theft of such information by others shall be borne by you, except where otherwise required by law or where we are at fault.

3.4 Account Recovery and Maintenance of Verification Methods

You shall properly bind and maintain a usable mobile number, email address, or any other verification method supported by us. Password reset, account recovery, and security verification for a Kongkong Account are primarily completed through the mobile number, email address, or other verification method that you have bound.

Except for self-service verification, password reset, or security verification processes expressly made available on the relevant product pages, we generally do not provide manual account recovery services. If you are unable to sign in to or recover your account because you failed to bind, cannot use, or have lost the relevant verification method, you shall bear the corresponding consequences, except where otherwise required by law or where we are at fault.

3.5 No Transfer of Accounts or Service Entitlements

Without our prior written consent, you may not transfer, lease, lend, share, or sell your Kongkong Account, or any paid service entitlements obtained in connection with that account.

3.6 Account Security Measures

If we discover, or reasonably determine, that your Kongkong Account involves abnormal sign-ins, abnormal connections, bulk registrations, identity misuse, theft risk, misuse, or any other security risk, we reserve the right to take measures including but not limited to risk alerts, identity verification, sign-in restrictions, connection restrictions, restrictions on certain functions, account freezing, and service suspension.

4. Authorization for Remote Access and Responsibility for Use

4.1 Lawful Authorization

You represent and warrant that, before using AskLink to access, view, control, or manage any device or data, you have obtained lawful authorization from the owner, user, administrator, or other rights holder of such device or data.

Without authorization, you may not use AskLink to access, control, view, modify, delete, transmit, or copy another person's device, account, files, data, screen content, or other information.

4.2 Responsibility for Remote Operations

You shall be solely responsible for all remote operations carried out through AskLink, including but not limited to clicking, input, file transfer, clipboard synchronization, settings changes, application installation or removal, data deletion, and account sign-in.

If your remote operations cause device damage, data loss, account issues, property loss, privacy leakage, third-party claims, or any other dispute, you shall handle and bear the corresponding responsibility. If we suffer losses as a result, you shall also be liable for compensation.

4.3 Risk Notice

You understand and agree that remote control, screen viewing, file transfer, clipboard synchronization, remote input, and similar functions may involve screen content, file content, account information, input content, clipboard content, or other sensitive information. You should carefully confirm the connection target, scope of authorization, connection duration, and specific operations to be performed.

5. Rules of Use and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Compliance with Laws and Regulations

You shall comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, public policy, and these Terms when using AskLink, and you may not use AskLink for any unlawful, non-compliant, infringing, cybersecurity-threatening, rights-infringing, or public-interest-harming activity.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in any of the following conduct:

  • Accessing, viewing, controlling, modifying, deleting, copying, or transmitting another person's device, data, files, account, or screen content without authorization;
  • Infringing another person's privacy rights, personal information rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, property rights, or other lawful rights and interests;
  • Impersonating another person, or misleading others into believing that you are AskLink personnel, customer service personnel, enterprise administrators, platform personnel, or another specific identity;
  • Inducing another person to install, authorize, or maintain a remote connection through deception, misrepresentation, coercion, or similar means;
  • Disseminating viruses, Trojans, malicious code, phishing links, unlawful information, or other content that may damage, interfere with, or threaten cybersecurity;
  • Attacking, scanning, cracking, scraping, interfering with, excessively occupying, or otherwise jeopardizing the normal operation of AskLink services, servers, networks, interfaces, account systems, or payment systems;
  • Bypassing or attempting to bypass AskLink's identity verification, security verification, connection restrictions, functional restrictions, payment restrictions, or other technical measures; or
  • Any other conduct prohibited by applicable laws, these Terms, or page rules.

5.3 Handling of Violations

If you violate these Terms, special rules, or applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to take measures based on the circumstances, including but not limited to warnings, function restrictions, connection restrictions, service suspension, account freezing, service termination, preservation of relevant records, and cooperation with investigations by competent authorities in accordance with law.

6. Paid Services

6.1 Paid Features

Certain AskLink functions or services may require payment, including but not limited to membership services, subscription services, connection optimization services, screen wall, device packages, usage-based packages, enterprise services, or other value-added features.

Specific prices, billing methods, service periods, scope of entitlements, promotional rules, taxes, payment channels, and refund rules shall be subject to the purchase page, order information, relevant third-party payment platform rules, and applicable special rules.

6.2 Auto-Renewal

If you enable an auto-renewal service, you shall separately review and agree to the relevant auto-renewal rules. The activation method, billing cycle, charge amount, renewal reminders, cancellation method, and refund rules for auto-renewal shall be subject to the purchase page, relevant third-party platform rules, and applicable rules.

6.3 Abnormal Charges

If you believe that duplicate charges, abnormal charges, or billing errors have occurred, you may contact us through the contact details set out in these Terms for verification and handling.

7. Brief Description of Enterprise Services

If you use AskLink services made available by an enterprise, team, organization, or similar entity, you shall, in addition to complying with these Terms, also comply with the applicable enterprise service rules, enterprise orders, administrator configurations, and other relevant page instructions.

You understand and agree that an organization administrator may, based on organizational management needs, configure, view, manage, or restrict members, devices, roles, permissions, groupings, security policies, remote connections, file transfer, clipboard synchronization, log auditing, session recording, and similar matters within the organization.

Management actions taken by an organization administrator shall be the responsibility of the relevant organization. You shall comply with the internal management rules and security policies established by the organization. If you have any objection to management actions taken by an organization administrator, you should first seek resolution with that organization.

8. Software License and Intellectual Property

8.1 Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use the AskLink software and services within a lawful scope.

This license is limited to your lawful personal use or internal business use. Without our prior written consent, you may not use AskLink software or services for resale, leasing, distribution, hosting, white-label packaging, secondary commercialization, provision of similar platform services, or any other unauthorized purpose.

8.2 Use Restrictions

Unless permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of AskLink software; nor may you remove, obscure, or modify any copyright notice, trademark, or other proprietary notice contained in the software.

8.3 Software Updates

In order to improve the Service, fix vulnerabilities, enhance security, adapt to system environments, or satisfy legal and regulatory requirements, we may provide software updates through client prompts, app stores, auto-update components, or other means.

Some updates may require your manual confirmation or may be implemented in accordance with operating system policies, app store policies, or enterprise administrator policies. If you fail to update to the latest version in a timely manner, certain functions may become unavailable, your experience may degrade, or security risks may arise.

8.4 Intellectual Property

The software, code, interfaces, architecture, graphics, images, text, audio and video content, trademarks, logos, documents, data structures, interaction designs, and other content contained in AskLink are protected by intellectual property rights or other lawful rights and interests held by us or the relevant rights holders.

Without our prior written consent or the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder, you may not copy, distribute, disseminate, display, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the foregoing content.

9. Personal Information Protection

We attach great importance to the protection of users' personal information and privacy. We process personal information related to Kongkong Accounts and AskLink services in accordance with the AskLink Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

Please carefully read the AskLink Privacy Policy before using AskLink. Personal information processing rules applicable to different products or services shall be subject to the corresponding privacy policy or page notice.

10. Service Logs, Risk Control, and Cooperation with Lawful Investigations

To safeguard account security, device security, service stability, dispute handling, violation investigation, and our lawful cooperation with competent authorities, we may record necessary service logs, connection logs, error logs, and security incident information.

If, based on user complaints, system detection, risk control rules, abnormal connection behavior, misuse, or other reasonable grounds, we determine that your account, device, connection, or operation involves security risks, legal or regulatory risks, or risks of infringing the rights and interests of others, we reserve the right to take measures including but not limited to risk alerts, identity verification, sign-in restrictions, connection restrictions, restrictions on certain functions, service suspension, account freezing, service termination, preservation of relevant records, lawful reporting, and cooperation with investigations.

If your conduct is suspected of being unlawful, non-compliant, infringing, or harmful to cybersecurity, we will cooperate, in accordance with lawful procedures, with inquiries, data requests, freezes, and investigative assistance requests from competent public security, judicial, administrative, or regulatory authorities.

11. Service Changes, Interruption, Termination, and Account Cancellation

11.1 Service Changes

We may, for reasons such as business development, product adjustments, service upgrades, system maintenance, security and risk control, changes in third-party services, regulatory requirements, force majeure, or other reasonable causes, adjust the content, functions, entry points, rules, prices, entitlements, and technical solutions of the Service.

11.2 Service Interruption

You understand and agree that AskLink services may be interrupted, delayed, or otherwise affected due to system maintenance, upgrades, network failures, abnormalities in third-party cloud services, changes in operating system rules, cybersecurity incidents, government actions, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

11.3 User Termination and Account Cancellation

You may apply to cancel your account through the path we provide, provided that the applicable account cancellation conditions are met. After cancellation, you may no longer be able to sign in to or use AskLink or other products or services available through your Kongkong Account, and you may also be unable to recover data, device lists, connection records, or paid entitlements associated with your account.

Account cancellation does not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to cancellation. We may continue to retain information for a necessary period in accordance with law where such retention is required by legal or regulatory obligations, necessary for transaction recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security and risk control, lawful investigative assistance, or protection of our or third parties’ lawful rights and interests.

11.4 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of the Service we provide to you in any of the following circumstances:

  • You violate these Terms, special rules, or applicable laws and regulations;
  • You engage in unauthorized access, cyberattacks, fraud, infringement, malicious registration, malicious connection behavior, or similar conduct;
  • You transfer, lease, lend, share, or sell accounts or service entitlements;
  • You use AskLink in a manner that infringes the lawful rights and interests of others or harms cybersecurity;
  • You provide false information, impersonate another person, or refuse necessary identity verification;
  • Termination is required due to laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, requests from judicial or administrative authorities, or security and risk control needs; or
  • We otherwise have reasonable grounds to suspend, restrict, or terminate the Service.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

12.1 Service Provided "As Is"

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AskLink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any express or implied warranty regarding the continuity, error-free nature, absolute security, complete compatibility, or complete fitness of the Service for your specific needs.

12.2 Causes Attributable to Third Parties or Users

We shall not be liable for connection failures, latency, lag, disconnections, insufficient permissions, data loss, or functional abnormalities caused by your device, system, network environment, permission settings, router, firewall, carrier, third-party platform, third-party software, enterprise security policies, target device status, or other causes not attributable to us, except where otherwise required by law or where we are at fault.

12.3 Responsibility for User Conduct

You shall be solely responsible for your remote access, remote control, file transfer, clipboard synchronization, account sign-in, data modification, device management, and other conduct carried out through AskLink.

If any complaint, claim, dispute, administrative penalty, litigation, arbitration, or other loss arises due to your violation of laws and regulations, these Terms, special rules, or the rights of a third party, you shall bear such responsibility. If we suffer losses as a result, you shall indemnify us accordingly.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms as required by changes in laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, product adjustments, service changes, or business development needs. After the Terms are amended, we will notify you through reasonable means such as announcements on our website, client prompts, in-site notices, emails, SMS messages, or similar methods.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you have the right to stop using AskLink. If you continue to use AskLink after the amended Terms take effect, you shall be deemed to have accepted such amendment.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, amendment, termination, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mainland China.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the AskLink service shall first be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties. If such consultation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the court with competent jurisdiction at the place where Shanghai Kongkong Technology Co., Ltd. is located.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
