Paid Services Agreement

Before purchasing or using any paid services provided by AskLink, please carefully read and fully understand these AskLink Paid Services Agreement (the "Agreement"), especially the provisions regarding disclaimers, limitations of liability, user rights, dispute resolution, and other important terms that may be highlighted for your attention.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, or if you do not fully understand any part of them, please do not proceed with purchasing or using the paid services.

By clicking "Agree," completing a purchase, or otherwise accessing or using the paid services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Shanghai Kongkong Technology Co., Ltd. ("AskLink," "we," "us," or "our").

If you are under the age of 18, you must review this Agreement together with your parent or legal guardian and may only use the paid services with their consent and supervision.

This Agreement also includes any related policies, guidelines, notices, announcements, or supplemental terms published by AskLink from time to time (collectively, the "Rules"). Such rules form an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect.

1. Acceptance of This Agreement

1.1 Ownership and Intellectual Property

AskLink and all related software, technologies, applications, interfaces, content, graphics, text, images, audio, video, trademarks, and other materials are owned by Shanghai Kongkong Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and applicable international treaties.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, AskLink grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the paid services.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying technologies of the Services, except where permitted by applicable law.

1.2 Compliance with This Agreement

You agree to comply with this Agreement, applicable laws and regulations, and any additional Rules published by AskLink from time to time.

2. Lawful Use

You may not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

1.3 Service Operations and Management

AskLink may modify, update, suspend, improve, or discontinue any part of the paid services at any time for operational, technical, legal, or business reasons.

Supervision and Inspection

AskLink may monitor the use of the Services to ensure platform security, service stability, and compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws.

If we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement or applicable laws, we may take actions including warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of Services.

2. Paid Service Content

2.1 Service Plans and Permissions

1. Standard

Provides core remote desktop and remote control features designed for everyday remote access needs.

2. Gaming

Includes all features available in the Standard Plan, along with gaming optimization features, enhanced responsiveness, and game-related shortcuts designed to improve remote gaming experiences.

3. Pro

Includes all features available in the Gaming Plan, as well as advanced capabilities such as enhanced image quality and professional workflow support.

2.2 Advanced Features

1. Monitor Wall

Allows you to monitor and manage multiple devices simultaneously, improving efficiency for multi-device management scenarios.

2. Session Channels

Provides expanded remote control channels and enhanced collaboration capabilities.

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 Selection and Purchase

1. Service Selection

You may choose suitable paid services through the AskLink platform based on your needs.

2. Purchase Process

You agree to follow the purchasing procedures provided on the platform, including service selection, order confirmation and payment completion.

3.2 Payment Methods and Security

1. Payment Methods

AskLink supports multiple payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

2. Payment Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your payment information in accordance with the AskLink Privacy Policy.

3.3 Auto-Renewal Service

1. Service Description

To help ensure uninterrupted service, certain subscriptions may automatically renew before the end of the applicable subscription period unless canceled in advance.

2. Activation and Cancellation

You may enable or disable automatic renewal through your account settings, subject to applicable billing rules and policies.

By enabling automatic renewal, you authorize AskLink to charge the applicable subscription fees using your selected payment method.

3.4 Invoice Issuance

5.4 Suspension or Termination

Where permitted by law, fees already paid are non-refundable in cases involving violations of this Agreement.

6. User Conduct

You shall not publish, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, pornographic, violent, terrorist, subversive, or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Infringement of Rights

You shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights and interests of any third party.

3. Prohibited System Interference

You shall not engage in any activity that damages, disrupts, interferes with, or attacks the AskLink platform, systems, servers, or network infrastructure.

4. Prohibited Unauthorized Operations

Without prior authorization, you shall not modify, translate, adapt, rent, sublicense, or distribute AskLink software or services in any form.

6.3 Violation Handling

1. Enforcement Measures

If you violate the above provisions, AskLink reserves the right to take measures including but not limited to warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of services.

2. Legal Liability

Where a violation of applicable laws and regulations occurs, AskLink may report such conduct to the competent authorities, and you shall bear the corresponding legal liability.

6.4 Appeals and Feedback

1. Appeal Channels

If you disagree with any enforcement decision, you may submit an appeal through customer support channels, and AskLink will handle it in a timely manner.

2. Feedback and Suggestions

You are welcome to provide feedback and suggestions regarding the paid services. AskLink will continuously improve and optimize its services.

7. Personal Information Protection

All content included in the AskLink software and paid services, including but not limited to software, technology, programs, interfaces, pages, text, images, audio, video, and graphics, is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws, and all rights therein are owned by the Company.

You shall respect the Company's intellectual property rights and shall not infringe upon the Company's lawful rights and interests in any form.

2. Prohibited Activities

Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company, you may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any of the above content in any form.

This includes, without limitation, reverse engineering, reverse compiling, or disassembling the software or any of its components.

9.3 Infringement Handling

1. Breach Liability

If you infringe upon the Company's intellectual property rights, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal liability against you in accordance with applicable laws, including but not limited to requiring cessation of infringement and claiming compensation for damages.

10. Commercial Use Restrictions

The paid services are provided for your personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes.

10.2 Commercial Authorization

1. Authorization Request

If you wish to use AskLink services for commercial purposes, you must contact AskLink in advance to obtain formal written commercial authorization.

2. Scope of Authorization

The scope of such commercial authorization, including but not limited to usage rights, permissions, and fees, shall be subject to a separate written agreement between you and AskLink.

10.3 Breach Liability

1. Legal Enforcement

Unauthorized commercial use may result in legal liability, and AskLink reserves the right to take legal action, including but not limited to requiring cessation of use and claiming compensation for damages.

2. Service Termination

AskLink may immediately terminate your access to the paid services. In such cases, any fees already paid will not be refunded.

11. Service Interruptions and Fault Handling

11.1 Service Interruptions

1. Planned Interruptions

If service suspension is required due to system maintenance, upgrades, or other operational needs, AskLink will provide advance notice through announcements or other appropriate channels where feasible.

2. Emergency Interruptions

In the event of service interruptions caused by force majeure or other factors not attributable to AskLink, AskLink will make reasonable efforts to restore services but shall not be liable for any resulting losses.

11.2 Fault Handling

1. Timely Repairs

If a service failure caused by AskLink affects your normal use, AskLink will take timely action to repair and restore the Services.

2. Reasonable Compensation

Where a service failure caused by AskLink results in losses to you, AskLink may provide reasonable compensation based on the actual circumstances, including but not limited to extending the service period.

11.3 Disclaimer

1. Force Majeure

AskLink shall not be liable for any service interruption or failure caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, cyberattacks, or network failures.

2. User Responsibility

AskLink shall not be liable for any service interruption or failure caused by your own actions or circumstances, including device malfunctions or improper operations.

12. Amendments and Notifications

12.1 Amendments

AskLink reserves the right to modify this Agreement based on changes in laws and regulations or operational needs.

2. Notification Obligation

The revised Agreement will be published through platform announcements or other appropriate channels and will take effect upon publication.

12.2 User Choice

1. Disagreement with Amendments

If you do not agree with the revised Agreement, you have the right to stop using paid services.

2. Deemed Acceptance

If you continue to use the paid services after the revised Agreement take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Agreement.

12.3 Notification Methods

1. Communication Channels

AskLink may deliver notices through website announcements, email, SMS, or in-app push notifications.

2. Effectiveness of Notice

A notice shall be deemed delivered once it has been sent.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.

If no agreement can be reached, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court in Shanghai, China.

This Agreement shall become effective upon your acceptance and remain valid until you cease using the paid services or this Agreement are terminated.

This Agreement, together with any supplemental terms, policies, and rules published by AskLink, constitute the entire agreement between you and AskLink and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
